2002 Emerging Composer Project
The Metropolitan Wind Symphony is proud to announce that after reviewing many fine submissions, it has selected two co-winners of its second Emerging Composer Competition. They are David Dzubay of Bloomington, Indiana and John Heins of Broomfield, Colorado. Each will be commissioned to write a piece for wind ensemble for us to premiere. We sincerely thank everyone who took part in this competition and wish them well.
